Kat is an accomplished actor, teacher, and business strategist. She is founder and CEO of the internationally acclaimed theatre and education company, ‘Kat Mary Productions’, now in its 20th year. With extensive experience in teaching, she has developed and delivered CPD training and workshops in over 200 schools, impacting thousands of students. Recognized as a leader in drama education, Kat will be a guest speaker at the 2025 London Drama and Music Expo.
Her work has been featured in Teaching Drama, The Stage, and Ink Pellet Magazine, which lauded her as "a one-woman whirlwind." As an actor, Kat has performed on the West End, in the BBC series "Josh," and the multi-award-winning "Pompeii - The Last Day." At the age of 23, Kat was convinced her career would go from Drama School to Hollywood without a hitch, but when her phone failed to ring, she took matters into her own hands. Without formal business training, Kat founded her theatre company and, through trial and error, established it as a leader in educational theatre.
Recent highlights include a run on the QE2 in Dubai and an upcoming tour in the Netherlands. Seeing the potential for entrepreneurs to flourish, Kat began mentoring other businesses, helping them achieve significant growth. Her guidance has led clients to reach six-figure revenues, with one landscaping firm expanding from mowing a single lawn to managing a 140-acre estate for a Fortune Global 500 CEO.
In partnership with the Business Success Company, Kat leverages her unique blend of business acumen, performing, and teaching expertise to train entrepreneurs at various stages of their journeys.
A country girl at heart, Kat will always choose to wear jogging bottoms instead of a suit. At her home in Wiltshire, she is most comfortable walking in welly boots with her wolf-dog Gracie. However, it can be tricky to make business calls from home, as her neighbours are a field of very vocal sheep and cows. She’s a firm believer that entrepreneurs don’t have to fit any set mould to find success.
